Each month in the winter we try and hold a seminar on different topics. We have covered; Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, Bike Maintenance, A Beginners Guide, Swim technique, Heart Rate testing and its use, Beginners workshops and more.
The new winter 10/11 schedule will be available later in the summer.
All workshops held 7:30pm – 9:30pm Warrington Sports Club, Walton
